I happened to stumble upon ‘Rareism’ at Oberoi Mall while I was frantically searching for a perfect outfit to wear to an evening party on the same day. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an incredibly warm and courteous staff, who, helped me narrow down my options but unfortunately my preferred size wasn’t available in-store. But Ms. Adhiti assured me that she would have the outfit delivered directly to my home within the next couple of hours. I was initially a bit sceptical, but to my absolute delight and surprise, not only was my outfit delivered well ahead of the promised time, but it arrived even before I reached home! The seamlessly prompt delivery, and the high quality yet stylish outfit which was worth every penny spent, has left me mighty impressed and totally earned my customer loyalty and trust in the brand.
